Instructions

Recite with a clean body and pure heart, preferably in the morning or evening. Light a diya (lamp) in front of an idol or image of Hanuman for enhanced effect.

Take a small piece of camphor, hold it in your hand and circle it around the affected person's head three times clockwise. Then, burn it safely in a fireproof container outside the main living area.

Instructions

Sit in a quiet place in a comfortable posture. Close your eyes and chant the mantra slowly and clearly for 108 times using a mala (rosary).

Instructions

Add a handful of rock salt or sea salt to a bucket of water. Use this water to mop the floors of your house, especially in the corners. Do this at least once a week.

Offering Water to Sun God

Offering water (Arghya) to the rising sun is a Vedic practice that is believed to bestow good health, prosperity, and success by honoring Surya, the source of all energy.

Instructions

After bathing in the morning, take water in a copper vessel. Face the east and slowly pour the water, looking at the sun through the stream of water while chanting the Surya Mantra.
